The metropolitan newspaper on which you work is planning a special summer travel issue. With the vacation season approaching, many readers have written to the paper requesting suggestions for good spots to visit. "Where is a cheap place to vacation?" and "Where is a good place to relax?" are among the most frequently asked questions.
The editor-in-chief has asked your group of travel editors to compose several lists of the best places a person can visit and one list of places to avoid. The lists can be based on your personal experience or on what you have read.
Consider
1. To insure objectivity, no member of the group may nominate his own country, or a place in his country, for a spot on the lists.
